PLAYER OF THE GAME
As a coaching staff, we will be choosing a player of the week. This player will be someone that has exemplified the attributes of good team play, sportsmanship and hockey skills during the weekend. Sometimes this may include things that occur before the game, on the bench or even in practice. It may not always be a singular reflection of their play on the ice during Sunday's game.
This week, Andrew Preston has been chosen as the Player of the Week. His gritty effort and play along the boards was outstanding. When we had the lead, he held his position, did his job and worked hard to get the puck and get it out over our blueline. Great job Andrew Preston.
