**Mandatory - Respect in Sport (RIS) Parents Program

The Respect in Sport (RIS) Parents Program has been mandated by the OMHA starting with the 2014/2015 hockey season going forward. The program requires one parent at minimum to complete a one-time on-line training program with a cost of $12 AFTER COMPLETING REGISTRATION. This is an OMHA/OHF requirement of which BRDMHA receives no financial gain. The gain however, as stated in the purpose of the course, is a hope that everyone will better understand the correct behavioral expectation of our parents in and around the rink.

Registration to BRDMHA can be completed now, however this Parents Program must be completed by August 31 2019, or the OMHA will not roster your child to any team.  Please see the BRDMHA website, link below, for more information: or the course can be found directly at

Family Assistance Program

The Town of Lakeshore Recreation Services now oversees the Pathway to Potential and Canadian Jump Start Programs. Should you be interested in learning more about these programs for non-travel hockey please contact the Recreation Office located at inside the Atlas Tube Centre in person or by calling 519.727.0470
Please note it takes 4-6 weeks to process applications under this program, so be sure to apply immediately if this program is of interest to you. NOTE: Must be approved and in place prior to BRDMHA registration deadline of Aug 1, 2019, so please enroll by June 1.

All refund requests will be subject to a 5% administration fee.  Refunds will be further prorated based on the number of partial or full months played up until Dec. 31st.  No Refunds will be provided after December 31st.
