I do not know if Belle River is the association I should be registering my child with.

Our boundaries can be found at the bottom of the Constitution and By Laws document on our website under the About Us tab. If you are still uncertain which association you should register for, please email the Director of Registration indicating the reason for your email and include your childs full name, date of birth, where they played the previous season and address.

Which division should I register my child in?

The Registration system will direct you to register your child for the correct division for your childs age. If for some reason you want your child to participate in another division, please email the Director of Registration, Director of Player Development and Director of House League indicating your reason and contact information.

Which association should I register my child in?

Children can play house league hockey in any association, however most choose to register (at least initially) in their "HOME" center. Travel(REP) players must live within the specific boundaries defined by the OMHA to participate in any particular association. A limited number of Non-resident players(NRP) are also allowed to play on Travel teams at the Pee Wee Minor level and above. Our boundaries can be found at the bottom of the Constitution and By Laws document on our website under the About Us tab. If you are still uncertain which association you should register for, please email the Director of Registration indicating the reason for your email and include your childs full name, date of birth and address.

Do I have to take Parents Respect In Sport again if I have already completed it for another child?

No. Parents Respect In Sport only needs to be taken by one parent and only one time. Please refer to “Respect in Sport Parent Program Access Instructions” under the “Registration” tab on our website for instructions on how to link your course to additional players.

Do I have to take Parents Respect In Sport if I have already taken Respect In Sport for Activity Leaders?

These are different courses intended for different individuals. At least one parent of every player must take the Parents course one time in order for the player to participate. The Respect In Sport for Activity Leaders is a more thorough required course for volunteers such as coaches, managers and trainers. Completing one course does not mean you can forgoe the other.
