Families First Tournament
The Peewee Greyhound's are Champions in the Windsor Riverside Family First Tournament this past weekend (February 15-16, 2014).
In the round robin they defeated the Riverside Black team 5-0, Mt. Brydges Cougars 2-1 and Riverside Lt. Blue 5-0. In the Semi Finals they defeated the Caledonia Warriors 7-0
In the Finals they faced a high scoring Sarnia team. With our smothering defense and relentless puck pursuit the Greyhounds came out on top 6-3. All the boys played their hearts out and had a blast!
Thanks to all the parents and families for your sacrifice this past season. You truly are part of every Goal, Assist, Shutout and achievement that this team has accomplished. Without your dedication none of this would have been possible.
