Presidents Message
We would like to extend a sincere welcome to all of the players, coaching staff, and families who have come to play in the 13th Annual Randy Merten/Dan Holland Memorial Tournament.
As you know organizing a hockey tournament is a very time consuming endeavor. Please join us in thanking our tournament Committee, volunteers and surrounding area sponsors for all of their efforts in making this weekend possible.
For your convenience, our website www.brdmha.com, makes it easy to obtain tournament information, schedules, scores and standing. Please check it out.
The Town of Lakeshore is a family friendly community, so we encourage you to explore our town, shopping and restaurants during your visit.
Over the course of the weekend please stop by our Tournament Office to see renderings of our new recreation complex coming for the 2014/2105 season. Once complete, the lakeshore Multi-use Recreational Facility will consists of a three ice pads, a library, several community rooms, meeting spaces, a gymnasium, an aquatic centre and an indoor walking track. The project will also include the construction of outdoor soccer fields and a five-kilometer, multipurpose trail for walking, running, cycling, and skateboarding.
We hope you will have a great time, and welcome and feedback regarding the tournament to assist us in future tournament planning.
