PRE SKATES AND TRYOUTS
Big thanks to all the players that have attended the preskates....again, not tryouts...just a chance to get your legs back and have some fun.
We have been given another preskate Friday, September 9.
As mentioned these are preskates and not tryouts...starting September 12...those are tryouts....tryouts are not the time to showcase YOUR individual skillset. They are the time to showcase your hockey sense, your teamplay and your ability to make the right play, quickly. Great teammates make the right plays at the right time, making everyone else around them better.
There will be short, skill sessions in the first two tryouts, but a majority of the play will be a scrimmage of some sort.
Bring your passion, bring your drive. We need that more than anything.
