Non Parental Reimbursements are due after each tournament & no later than March 31.

Label each receipt with your name prior to uploading.
Cheques will be available in the Hockey Office Wednesdays 6-8pm 2 weeks after submission.
USA tournaments will be reimbursed in Canadian $ at the rate for that date.
If there are not 5 coaches put a 0 or - as each field need to be complete
