UPDATE - Hockey Canada Lifts Hockey Restrictions
Submitted By Webmaster on Tuesday, June 9, 2020
Hockey Canada has recently lifted the restrictions that they imposed back in March. Although this
DOES NOT MEAN that hockey is back. They have left it to the Provincial Sports Organizations(Ontario Hockey Federation) to allow hockey associations such as the OMHA to return to hockey based on the their provincial government, Relative Health Organization(s), and Facilities operators recommendations with any restrictions that they may impose.
The OHF's Return to Hockey Protocol is listed below.
1 - Individual Training - Groups of less then 5
2 - Small Group Training
3- Non Traditional programming (ie 3v3)
4- Full Programming
Here are some links from Hockey Canada and the OHF regarding the return to hockey

We are hoping and planning to return to the ice the fall, if that is with a September or even December start at this point we do not know.
With all that being said, Belle River District Minor Hockey is looking to be proactive in our planning and at the same time understanding that the health and safety of our players, coaches, volunteers, etc to be our number one priority. We will be asking our membership to fill out an "Intent to Register" form This will allow our executive members to properly plan for this upcoming season. This is not a registration form but just gives us an idea what to expect when we do open registration
Please click on the link below and fill out the form for us.
