All Refund requests are subject to a $35 Administration fee. Refunds are restricted and will be handled individually on a case by case basis. Refunds will be further prorated based on the number of partial or full months the players are rostered to a team up until December 31st.
After approval, the Finance director will process a refund cheque. This process can take up to two weeks after approvals. Cheques can be picked up in the BRDMHA Hockey office during Regular office hours.
No Refunds will be provided after December 31st.
