Please fill out the Request for Refund form below. All Refund requests are subject to a $35 Administration fee. Refunds are restricted and will be handled individually on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be further prorated based on the number of partial or full months the players are rostered to a team up until December 31st. No refunds will be issued after Dec 31st. After approval, the Finance director will process a refund cheque. This process can take up to two weeks after approvals. Once approved, you will receive a follow up email when your cheque is ready with instructions for pick up. No Refunds will be provided after December 31st. ALL DIVISIONS: Prior to Season - 100% fees refunded less a $35 Administration Fee. In Season - Registration refunds are prorated monthly, less a $35 Administration Fee No registration refunds will be issued after December 31st of each calendar year. Players who cannot continue to play due to a medical condition, their refund amount will be assessed on an individual basis. Email [email protected] providing details.
