Please fill out the Request for Refund form below. All Refund requests are subject to a $35 Administration fee. Refunds are restricted and will be handled individually on a case by case basis. Refunds will be further prorated based on the number of partial or full months the players are rostered to a team up until December 31st. After approval, the Finance director will process a refund cheque. This process can take up to two weeks after approvals. Cheques can be picked up in the BRDMHA Hockey office during Regular office hours. No Refunds will be provided after December 31st. ALL DIVISIONS: Prior to Season - 100% fees refunded less a $35 Administration Fee In Season - Registration refunds are prorated monthly, less a $35 Administration Fee No registration refunds will be issued after December 31st of each calendar year. Players who cannot continue to play due to a medical condition, their refund amount will be assessed on an individual basis. Email treasurer@brdmha.com providing details. All cheques will be available for pick-up during BRDMHA office hours within two weeks. Office hours are held weekly in the BRDMHA office (ATRC-ROCK Walking Track)
