Silver Stick Qualifier- Finalist
The U13A team had a very successful first tournament weekend.
They went 2-1 through their first games, and faced St Thomas (the reigning OMHA champ and top ranked team in the province) in a must win final round robin game.  The boys played their hearts out and squeezed out a 1-0 victory to move them into the championship game, where they faced St Thomas a second time.  The game was fast and tough, and St Thomas came out on top, earning the boys a silver medal.

Waterloo Memorial AA Champions

Huge congratulations to our U14A Belle River team on an incredible championship run this past weekend at the Waterloo Memorial AA Tournament!
After a slow start in round-robin play, the team finished third heading into the playoff rounds — but that only fueled their determination.
In the semifinals, Belle River faced a strong Faustina Toros squad. Down late in the game, they pulled the goalie and delivered two clutch goals in the final three minutes to force overtime. Just a minute and a half into OT, they sealed the comeback with a dramatic game-winner!
Riding that momentum into the championship game, they matched up against the #4-ranked AA team, the Upper Ottawa Valley Aces — the same team that handed them a loss earlier in round-robin action. This time, Belle River battled hard, kept it tight, and came out on top to claim the tournament title.
An outstanding display of grit, resilience, and teamwork from start to finish.
