ALL PTS FORMS CAN BE PICKED UP MONDAY APRIL 15th BETWEEN 6PM-9PM IN THE BRDMHA OFFICE. (Rink A)Permission to Skate Forms (MUST HAVE TO ATTEND AAA TRYOUTS OR JR CAMPS)
- Go to the registration tab on website
- Click on "Register Now"
- Sign into your account
- Register existing player
- Complete all the next step including Registration
- Tryout Passport and PTS selections will appear, if only requiring a PTS at this time ONLY click "PTS" other wise you can select both
- Proceed to check out, there is no fee for the PTS.
- You will receive an email confirmation receipt once completed
- Forms can be picked up April 15, 6pm-9pm in the BRDMHA Office.

If you are released from AAA OR JR CAMPS you must return to BRDMHA A tryouts,

If you have not paid for Tryout Fees above you will need to log back in to your registration system and add the Tryout Passport Fee.
- Go back to the registration page and click on "Register Now"
- Log into your account
- Fully register for tryout passport
- You MUST pay in full before you can go on the ice for A tryouts if you selected pay by cash please proceed to the TD Bank in BELLE RIVER and pay your fees in full.
- You will receive an email confirmation once completed
Notes:
You must attend A tryouts in order to qualify for any Second Entry teams or to request an NRP Card for U12 and above.
To obtain your PTS form you must send a parent or guardian to pick up PTS form unless you are over the age of 18.
Jr camps and invites might be communicated to you after April 15 so please contact us for your PTS when needed and we will provide that to you at that time. Emails are below.
Any incoming NRP's must pay tryout passport in full at first tryout when you arrive at tryout sign in table.
All tryout schedules are in the respective "Team Calendars" on the team websites or you can use the organizational calendar.

TRYOUT SCHEDULES
Tryouts for A will run from April 29-May 8th.
Tryouts for Second Entry Teams (B Teams) will run from May 13-May20th
All U8,U9, U18 will be in September. Dates TBD.
