15.      CONDUCT  ***PLEASE READ***

For all COACHES,  PARENTS,  SPRECTATORS,  SUPPORTERS,  and PLAYERS...

Events such as this tournament require the organization and efforts of many individuals,
and quite often it is done so as a volunteer.  These events are not mandatory,  as
neither is your participation.  Please fully understand that mistakes will be made at all
levels,  and as players are learning and developing,  so are you as supporters of the game,
and so are we as organizers.

Please at all times be respectful to everyone involved in this event,  including but not
restricted to all players,  coaches,  parents,  supporters,  referees,  scorekeepers,
and the organizational committee.

Please remember,  that your actions are being observed by a younger generation that
is watching and learning,  and looking up to you as a role model.  Even if your own
child or player is not observing and/or listening,  quite often someone else's child is.
These children are learning to love the game,  and will be exposed to enough bad habits,
they do not need examples of this to drive them away from sports.

Please also understand that referees,  no matter their age,  are learning and will make
mistakes,  as will timekeepers,  scorekeepers,  coaches,  and tournament organizers.

Quite often a simple conversation is the best resolution to any misunderstanding you
feel is unresolved.  I would ask that if you need to remove yourself from a situation,
please do so,  and if you need to resolve an issue,  I invite you to come directly to
THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR first.  We will have a conversation and your issue will
be resolved.

If you choose not to act in this manner,  I will remind you that we have A ZERO
TOLERANCE POLICY for any behaviour that goes against the below stated.  All
players,  parents,  coaches,  supporters,  and spectators will behave in a respectful
and positive manner at all times,  and will refrain from creating an environment that
is toxic or hazardous to the well being of everyone associated with this tournament.
If this policy needs to be enforced,  you will be removed from any and all arenas
for the remainder of the tournament,  and if needed your home association will be
contacted.

A last reminder,  all participants in this tourney are between the ages of 8 and 10 years
old.  There will be no pro scouts in the stands,  and no scholarships being offered.
These young players are learning and impressionable,  so please provide a positive
impression.  We will do the best on our end,  we ask you to do the same.  PLEASE
FULLY ENJOY THE TOURNAMENT AND FACILITIES,  WE ARE HAPPY YOU CHOSE TO
ATTEND,  AND WE FULLY INTEND TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN EXPERIENCE THAT YOU WANT TO RETURN TO.

ALL THE BEST,  ENJOY!

THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE
