Hello Everyone,
As tryouts have now come to end and we start getting the season rolling, there are a few important things to take care of this week. See the below information.
1) FIT DAY - THURSDAY, OCTOBER 7TH - 6PM TO 7 PM
Players will have the chance to get sized for their team gear (apparel & third jerseys, etc.) for the season. If you cannot make the date and time below please let me know right away. We do not have the luxury of time as some may have previously experienced, so if you cannot attend and do not let me know, then you may run the risk of having to wait to have an order placed.
Location:
220 Dupuis ST (the building behind the Belle River Post office, previously the Wooden tree house)
Time: 6pm to 7pm
2) PARENTS MEETING - FRIDAY, OCTOBER 8TH - AFTER PRACTICE
We will be conducting our parents meeting after practice this Friday, October 8th. Majority of the important information for the year will be discussed, as such attendance is mandatory (one parent is fine). Practice is from 7:00pm to 7:45pm. The meeting will start at 8pm sharp. It will be at the Atlas Tube Centre, I will confirm the exact location in the coming days. It is advised that you bring paper and something to write with.
3) EMAILS
Can all parents and/or guardians please send me their email and contact information as soon as possible
([email protected]). All pertinent information for the season will be sent primarily through email so please get this to me right away.
