Cancellation Policies

Please note that the hotel cancellation policies, early departure policies and minimum night stay requirements are provided to ASA directly from the hotel. ASA does not determine these cancellation policies.

Group:  The team may cancel their room block for no charge up until 30 days prior to arrival.  If the team must cancel after this deadline, the team will be responsible for a penalty of one night's room and tax per room booked.

Should the team need to amend their arrival date, they may do so up until 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty.  Changes to arrival date will not be permitted after this time.

Individual:  Once the team cancellation date has passed, the hotel will allow up to 20% of individuals to fully cancel per team up until 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.

Minimum Stay: 2 nights.
