Team Meeting - Players / Parents
Morning Team -
We have set a Team Meeting for Monday June 13th from 5:30pm-6:30pm in the Boardroom at the ATC.
As we all play a very important role in the success of this year, I would like to keep the Group Parents Meeting as brief as possible from 6:15pm-630pm but what I would like to do within the first 45min is complete a Player interview and then Player/Parents meeting (3-4Min Each) to allow me to better understand individually, the goals and expectations from everyone as well as I will share the same.
Like in years past, I am very fortunate to have Terri Betts assist and take on the Team Manager Role once again. So, while I am completing the interviews with the players and respective parents, I would like to have all forms (Player Code of Conduct, Parent Code of Conduct, Health Form, etc.) completed and handed back to Terri prior to start of the Group Meeting.
As a part of the Team Group Meeting, I would like to review on the following:
- Coaching Staff & Key Personnel
- Team Budget/Fundraising
- Team/Player Gear
- Tournaments/Schedule
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Goals & Expectations
