Team Equalization
Hello team. The coaching staff thought we would take the time to say welcome to our team. We look forward to coaching you and getting to know you. We have coached for many years and have had the opportunity to get to know a lot of great young men and women. We just want you all to be aware that the board has advised us that they will be reviewing rosters come the beginning of October.
No fears though, this does not mean that anyone will be moved necessarily, but there is chance that this could be the case. There is a need to do this in cases where a team may be exceptionally strong or weak. We as a coaching staff prefer to develop players throughout the season as we have witnessed tremendous advancements in play as a team starts to gel and gets to know each other. We thought that we would communicate this so that it may not be a complete surprise should this arise. See you all on Saturday.
