Strong End to October
October was a busy month for the 2006 Jr. Canadiens... with 9 total games including our first away tournament in Grimsby, ON.
With a record for the month of 6-2-1, our young squad improves its overall record to 15-4-1, and 8-0 in Bluewater League play.
The Grimsby tournament was a great experience for the boys. Although loosing in the semi-finals again was a heart breaker, it was a great opportunity for the team to continue bonding, with many lessons learned.
This past weekend was a successful one. We would like to thank the Southpoint Capital's Select 7 Team for the exhibition on Saturday night.
Today showcased Erie North Shore Storm, who proved to be tough competition, but ending in a Jr. Canadien 4-3 victory.
The Storm will be facing our Jr. Canadiens again next week at the Kingsville Rec Complex (Sunday Nov 3, 4pm).
