Please see below for instructions for Permission to Skate forms for AAA and JR camps/tryouts.  ALL PTS FORMS CAN BE PICKED UP MONDAY APRIL 15th BETWEEN 6PM-9PM IN THE BRDMHA OFFICE. (Rink A)
